Located at East Bayaud Avenue and South Madison Street, 3400 East Bayaud is planned as a sustainable and healthy environment that will positively impact the Cherry Creek East and surrounding communities through the addition of a thoughtfully-designed multi-family residences.
Our intent aligns with the Cherry Creek East and Cherry Creek’s collective vision and standard for a pedestrian-oriented landscaped streetscape that allows for more community gathering areas and integrative architecture. A stronger connection between the Cherry Creek East residents and two of Denver’s great public assets – Pulaski Park and Gates Tennis Center – will help to create a destination for residents and the entire neighborhood to enjoy. The architecture is meant to consider the people as much as the design.
The new development follows the vision of the Cherry Creek Area Plan and will include approximately 150 residences as allowed by G-RX-5 zoning fronting Gates Tennis Center.
The 3400 East Bayaud site is being developed through a partnership between local developers Piedra Peak Properties and NAVA Real Estate Development. NAVA is a Denver-based real estate development and investment firm known for its socially-minded and sustainable development approach. Davis Partnership Architects, one of the top influential architecture design firms in the nation, has been selected to design the development.
